An unexpected lively retreat
The hotel staff exhibits genuine warmth, greeting us like family. The delightful breakfast, featuring fresh fruit and delectable options, was a perfect start to each day.
However, the vibrant atmosphere of Plaza Machado comes with noise that can be disruptive, especially during late nights. The lack of space in our room made unpacking challenging.

The WiFi rarely worked and needed attention!!! The pool area is less inviting than expected and feels cramped!!! A lack of extra pillows shows a missed opportunity for improved guest comfort!!!

It was just a good match for a brief pause in Mazatlan with real value for money. The staff was quick to help me with my bags when I arrived. Try to get a room away from the pool for a quieter experience.

A perfect location right off Plaza Machado made exploring the area incredibly easy. The interior art added a charming touch, and the staff were particularly welcoming. Although the noise from the plaza could disrupt the peace, and some amenities felt dated, the comfortable beds and a rooftop patio provided a nice retreat at the end of the day. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, especially enjoying the Bernese sausages.
